Guess what my parents bought for BB already?

Baby furniture set! There are 3 pieces: crib that grows with the kid, changing table that doubles as a dresser, and taller dresser.








Now we just have to put it together. And if you know Mr. B you know we are all in for a treat :)

Chewies

So simple its great! Mr. B loves these!



1 box brown sugar (1 lb.)
1 stick margarine, melted
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup pecans

Mix together well and bake for 25-30 minutes at 325 degrees.

Room Decorating at Work

I guess every year we re-decorate the conference rooms at work. My team was assigned to the Monte Carlo room. It wasn't too pretty. Orange walls with gold and painted brick with random junk that didn't match the room. After 3 days of constant labor and a little help with a couple team members this is the final outcome!

Mommy look what I made!

i found a neat video on monkeysee.com to make no sew curtains. Here is my first try with the kitchen. I want to make another one for the laundry room. If that curtain looks better I am going to swap the two. The windows are the same size so it will be easy to do.

I love the fabric so much I hope the other fabric store has it in stock. The one I went to I bought the last of it.
